"Hi Brandon, Sorry you feel that way. I have personally talked to you regarding your insurance rate and so have multiple people at our office. The inflation protection is set up to make sure that if there is a loss our homeowners are properly covered based on today’s costs. We could lower it but that or other coverages but it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Outside of this rate increase State Farm has had very modest rate increases since 2020 in relation to our industry. I dislike rate increases as well and we do our best to provide the best service and value that we can. Unfortunately rates fluctuate so we must do our best to make sure our clients are properly insured and are receiving all the discounts that they are eligible for. We value all of our customers but there is only so much we can do. Thanks, Tom"
