"This office staff is friendly, but they dont stay on the same page when it comes to relaying information to customers. I was behind on my payment and one team member advised me that by making a partial payment ($200) it would keep my police from lapsing and push all future payments to next month (August.) Four days later, I receive a notification in the all that I STILL have a bill due (within the next week). I call and speak to another rep that pretty much switches the information I was told PRIOR to making my partial payment, and leaves me with the only option of making yet another partial payment to keep my policy active. State Farm customers only get three partial payments, and now I’ve used one under the wrong guise. It’s frustrating being told “make this payment, okay you’re all set until next month” to “ACTUALLYYYY… We will still need another payment.” It’s much easier to plan when the plan doesn’t change days later. Not the experience I was hoping for."

"I had a great conversation with Zach this week about some changes to my policies! I have used State Farm since moving to the Ann Arbor area in 2021, and I recently changed policies from renting to owning. Zach was super thorough in explaining my options for condominium coverage (different from homeowners!) and helped me decide on the right amount of coverage for a cost I felt comfortable with. Would definitely recommend connecting with Zach at this office for your needs! He is personable, friendly and helpful!"
